- Install Klook, and Grab for budget travel packages & local transport
- Carry a Good Raincoat (Because we can't predict when it rains)
- Book flight tickets on the Viet Jet / Skyscanner website for Budget flights
- For Currency Exchange, prefer local shops rather than airport currency exchange
- Booking a sim through the Klook app is much cheaper than buying at the airport and you will get a sim at the landing airport. ( After booking, take a screenshot of the QR code & the shop landmark of the airport )
- Apply E-Visa (5-10) days before you travel through this government website, It is easy to apply and will cost 2200 INR.
- For Renting a bike, always pay added advance and Avoid giving passports to rental owners. They will pay back the advance on returning the bike (No scam)

- Merry Land Hotel- Da Nang: Budget 4-star hotel with a rooftop swimming pool near the beach. It will cost around 1500-2000 INR for 4 persons
- Central Backpackers Hostel- Hanoi: Best budget hostel at the center of Hanoi city. They provide free unlimited breakfast & beer (7-8 pm). The cost is 500 INR per person
Regarding transportation, Vietnam has well-developed road, bus, train, and domestic flight networks.
- Bike rental is one of the best travel options for budget explorers, exploring more around the destination city.
- Bus Services are a popular option for budget travelers, with routes connecting most major cities and towns.
- Trains are another convenient option, offering overnight sleeper services for longer journeys at Railway stations.
